My name is Debra Chaffins and I love to cook. I’ve been doing it since I was 13, which was sometime in the mid 70’s.

A few years ago, my husband started encouraging me to put away the recipes and cookbooks I so loved, and to start making things I wanted to make, the way I wanted to make them. His reasoning was, that’s really what I was doing anyway.
